Timeline For Deacon Nominations & Elections
End of August: A packet with instructions, Qualifications & Expectations of a Deacon, and a Deacon Nomination Ballot will be emailed to ABC members (and mailed to those who do not have email). The packet will also be available on our website.
September 1 – 15: Deacon Nomination Ballots should be completed and returned to the church office.
September 16 – 30: Nominees will be contacted about willingness to serve. Information sessions will be held at date/time TBD.
October 8 – 31: Deacon Election Ballot will be emailed to ABC members (and mailed to those who do not have email). The ballot will also be available on our website. Completed ballots will be returned to the church office.
