Administration & Facilities

Our Administration and Support ministries are supportive, resourceful, and organized. They create and maintain a church structure that looks upward toward Christ and outward toward our world. Their support functions ensure that all our other ministries are possible. Without them, our church could not continue! For more information, contact Alan Gill.

Cashier Ardmore Table/Events

There is no better way to get to know your church family than by joining us for Ardmore Table, our churchwide fellowship events that take place on Sunday evenings several times a year. We need someone to sit at the welcome table and manage payments.


Are you a skilled communicator? Perhaps you would like to use that skill to help our Communications team tell our story.


Do you have an eye for decorating? Well even if you don’t, and you just enjoy decorating, we could use your help. No skills needed for the most part, it’s easy!  But if you have skills, we would love to know about them. (i.e. bow making, flower arranging, greenery fluffer, shopper)

Facilities & Maintenance

Our facility consists of buildings that are in constant use. Wear and tear happens! If you are a skilled handyman and would like to use your gift working with the Properties team on minor repairs, this might be a great way to serve.


Do you have basic carpentry, house painting, plumbing or electrical skills?
Sometimes the church or members need help with minor repairs. This is a very hands-on way to serve.

Security Team

This team works to enhance the overall safety of the premises and improve preparedness for unforeseen incidents or emergencies.

Ardmore Express Shuttle Driver

We need folks to drive our Ardmore Express vans to and from our remote parking area on Sunday mornings and for special events.

Teller Team

Count and deposit funds collected in worship services.
