Leadership Development Ministry
Objective
To train and equip church members with a Christian perspective to ensure a ready supply of leadership that will allow Ardmore Baptist Church to fulfill its mission to “connect people of all ages with Jesus Christ and each other in life-changing relationships”.

Anyone who is in a position to influence the thinking, behavior, or development of people toward accomplishing a goal. (Ken Blanchard, Lead Like Jesus)

Curriculum

Program Outline
- 13 week program
- Kick off retreat
- Six Session Bible Study – meet every other week
- Three “out of class” assignments
- Celebration Banquet
Participants will be identified through
- Deacon recommendations
- Sunday School teacher recommendations
- Review of previous deacon ballot to identify individuals who were nominated but not elected
- Self nominations
* Individuals who are interested in participating will be asked to submit a written application and attend an introductory session in early August.
