"Trinity" Chancel
In our design, the Trinity has been given emphasis through the placement of the appointments. First, God is represented by the pulpit and the centrality of the presentation of the Gospel through His preached Word. The Communion Table, the elevated area on the left below the “In Remembrance” stained glass window, marks the sacrifice of Jesus, in providing His own life as atonement for our sins. The Baptistry, the eight-sided pool on the right below the “New Life In Christ” window, reflects the action of the Holy Spirit which fills and empowers every believer. The pool is thrust into the room as a reminder that baptism is an experience shared within the faith community.
