Born in Columbia, South Carolina, she is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Music degree in church music, and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Church Music degree.
Sandra is married to Ty Talton our Associate Pastor, and they have a son, Tyler, also a graduate of Furman University, living in Winston-Salem.
